Everyone Deserves To Be A Millionaire

Stop, take a deep breath, and examine your life. Are you excited about your current career? Are you earning the salary you want or even deserve? Many people feel stuck in a rut because they are not making the kind of money that they once thought they would. The good news is that you can take control of your situation and pick yourself up out of that rut. Everyone deserves to be a millionaire, even you!

What are the benefits to creating your own wealth? first of all you will have freedom to do anything you want, whenever you want. You can pack up your family and take a trip to Europe on a moments notice if you want to. You can determine when you will work and when you will take breaks. You have eliminated the obligations to anyone else including a manager that may be a nuisance.

building your own wealth enables you to leave the corporate world behind. The corporate world can be very rigid in that you have minimal control over your promotion schedule. most companies have a set promotion schedule and cap off the amount of your salary increases and bonuses. This stifling condition can be a thing of the past.

Along with newfound freedom come increased family time and a life style that is comfortable and relaxed. You will have the security of plenty of money to spend and retire on. You will feel in control of your life and finances. This personal empowerment is amazing and can add new vigor to your mind and body.

Enjoying your wealth sounds amazing, right? Why isnt everyone a millionaire? Why doesnt everyone seek out personal empowerment and the security of money? There are several reasons as to why the majority of people are not millionaires. A major reason is that most people dont have a system to make it happen. They simply do not understand how to go about building their own wealth.

Many people also believe that they dont have the ability to create wealth. They feel the notion of being a millionaire is impossible and only available for the chosen ones. Some people feel that being wealthy is wrong and greedy. This mindset needs to be adjusted because being wealthy is a positive venture that is possible for everyone to achieve.

To conquer these misgivings people should seek out a structured system that will help them create wealth. Look for a mentor or coach that is successful so they can help guide you along the process. For example, a mentor can teach you how to structure your business so you can take advantage of tax breaks that will decrease your taxes by 60-70%. A mentor can advise you on how to set up your business properly to avoid being sued.

Another stumbling block to wealth is if you are stubborn. Stubborn people may think they know everything. If you want to create wealth then you need to leave your ego at the door. Having an ego can hinder your chances of being successful.

Additional tips to creating your own wealth include:

Follow the piles of cash. Find people who have successfully created wealth and learn from them. Remember, its not only what you know, but who you learn it from. Learn from someone who is more successful then you.

Learn the tricks of the trade from someone that has actually built wealth and not just written a book about it.

Forget the past. It does not matter who you are or where you came from. Everyone deserves to be a millionaire.

Vancouver, Hidden Jewel Of The Pacific Northwest

Vancouver will receive a lot of attention as the 2010 Olympics approach, but why wait to visit during the most crowded, tourist deluged period since they hosted Expo 86?

Skiing and winter sports will receive the lion's share of attention during the 2010 Olympics - it is the Winter Olympics, after all - but summer is Vancouver's best season.

After a fall and winter of grey skies and rainy days, Vancouver emerges to a summer of endless blue skies, gorgeous ocean views and warm but fairly dry climate. This is when you want to come to Vancouver!

There are 5 star hotels available on the waterfront in downtown Vancouver, but there are two great hostels, one just off the famous gay area of Davie Street - its maybe six blocks of the shopping area of Robson Street as well - or another across from Jericho beach, looking across at downtown Vancouver. Very well run, situated in spectacular spots, and cheap!

Vancouver is famous for international cuisine. Sushi, Thai food, Greek, italian, french, Indian, Chinese - but not just run of the mill varieties - some world class representatives of every type of cuisine. Hy's Steak House is a venerable, 50 year old steak house. Cioppinno's has the kind of italian cooking where everyone at the table raved about having the best______ they'd ever had. C Restaurant on the water has the best seafood. Bishop's has been rated the best restaurant for years, but Rob Feenie at Lumiere has won the Iron Chef competition. There are probably 300 outstanding restaurants in Vancouver!

What to do? Stanley Park is second only to central Park in new york for size of an urban park - and it is simply spectacular, surrounded by the ocean. Over in north Vancouver, cross the Capilano Suspension Bridge, swinging side to side, 300 feet over the Capilano River. There are 3 ski hills poised overlooking Vancouver, so great sightseeing - take the gondola up to the top of Grouse Mountain. Storeum in Gastown is a new tourist attraction - find out about BC's history. see Vancouver Canucks hockey, BC Lions football, Whitecaps soccer and catch a "nooner" at Nat bailey Stadium and watch Vancouver Canadians baseball.

Granville Street is the entertainment district, with bars lined on both sides of the street, including the Yale, Vancouver's old time blues bar. There is a gay district with most gay bars on Davie Street. There is a Pride parade in August, and four nights of the Symphony of fire fireworks competition - just you and 400,000 of your closest friends watching fireworks timed to music!

Though you'd never need to leave Vancouver, there are great side trips to Victoria (more English than England), Tofino, Vancouver island and smaller Gulf Islands, Whistler, and the always scorching hot Okanagan Lake. believe me, you WILL find lots to do!

Panama Travel Tips for Arriving Prepared

Seasoned travelers praise Panama, the vibrant country in Central America wavering on the line connecting its ingrained cultural past to its modernized standard of living, for being a unique and desirable yet not overcrowded travel destination. Panamas rich history is evident throughout the landscape, from Spanish forts along the coastline of each ocean to the colonial homes and brick roads of Casco Viejo. Visitors marvel at ancient reminders of Panamas past while enjoying the convenience of a modern communication infrastructure, clean drinking water, good roads and convenient transportation options. Following are just a few tips to help you prepare for your arrival in Panama:

-plan Ahead. The best time of year to visit Panama depends on what you want to do during your visit. If you plan to take advantage of the multitude of outdoor activities such as hiking, snorkeling, sailing or sight seeing tours, take into consideration that the dry season is from mid-December to mid-April (but bear in mind that you will pay a premium for airfare and accommodations during this season). If partying is your thing and you are looking for more bustle, you may want to visit during The Carnival of the City of Las Tablas, an elaborate festival starting on the Friday before Ash Wednesday and lasting through Ash Wednesday each year.

-Bring the required documents. United States and canadian citizens are required to show a valid passport and tourist card to visit Panama. A tourist card will likely be added for a $5 fee when you purchase airfare, and will allow you to spend up to 90 days in Panama. If you do not have a current passport, be sure to obtain one as early as possible to pay the lowest rate and to allow time (usually a few weeks) for processing.

-Get the recommended vaccinations. At least several weeks before your departure, visit a health professional to obtain all of the recommended vaccines for visiting Panama. You may need to be vaccinated against yellow fever, hepatitis A, and typhoid among others.

-Enjoy nature but protect yourself from it. Due to Panamas proximity to the equator, sunburn caused by exposure to the suns intense ultraviolet rays can put a damper on your vacation and harm your health. Always apply a UVA/UVB protection sunscreen before and during outdoor activities. Additionally, wear proper clothing and repellant to protect yourself from ticks, mosquitoes and other insects that accompany the thrill of outdoor adventures.

-Use transportation wisely. Taxis are plentiful in Panama and provide a convenient means of transportation to visitors. Fares are low, hovering around the $4 range to get anywhere within Panama City. Be aware that a taxi waiting outside your hotel will cost significantly more than one hailed from the street. Taxis are not metered, so be sure to negotiate your fare with the driver from the start.

The reassurance of being properly prepared for your trip to Panama will allow you to spend less time worrying and more time enjoying your stay in this cultural, tropical paradise.
