The days will soon be getting shorter and the weather cooler while engaged couples begin to finalize their fall wedding plans. If you are planning an autumn wedding here are some tips on choosing a month and a location for your dream wedding.

Mid-September to Late-October

The colors of the autumn leaves are the most vibrant at this time of the year. You'll have a perfect combination of colorful leaves on the trees and a scattering of fallen leaves upon the ground. It's a perfect time for holding an outdoor fall wedding, as well as a beautiful setting for those memorable photographs. The weather has cooled off a bit, but it's still not overly chilly (usually).

Those couples that live in Canada may elect to have a Thanksgiving wedding theme mid-month.

In any case, if you do decide on having an outdoor ceremony and/or reception, plan on setting up large event tents and renting outdoor space heaters just in case as the weather can be somewhat unpredictable at this point.

End of October Nuptials

Halloween wedding themes have become a popular choice for the last week of October. With all the Halloween items available you won't have much problem planning out your dcor or selecting favors.

A Wedding in November

The month of November can be a bit more iffy in terms of cold weather and possible snow flurries, especially in the northern regions. It's best that you go with an indoor venue for your wedding and reception at this time of the year.

Thanksgiving theme weddings are often planned by couples during this month since it's easy to create and pick up decorating items, flowers and favors.

Choosing an Ideal Location For Your Fall Wedding

In the early part of the fall, holding your fall wedding ceremony outdoors provides a truly photographic setting if you live in an area where the tree leaves turn a wondrous array of colors. Think of holding your ceremony in one of the following locations:

• Apple orchards with their colorful leaves and bright, red apples for contrast. Theme Suggestion: apple orchard theme wedding.
• A vineyard is also a popular choice with many brides and grooms. Theme Suggestions: wine/vineyard/grape wedding theme.

For later in the fall or if you aren't interesting in having your wedding outside, look for 18th century style churches, Tudor style inns, historic villages, or a large barn to hold your ceremony and reception. These places provide wonderful character and lend themselves to being decorated in fall foliage and decor. If possible, choose locations that provide warmth using rich dark wood on the floors and/or walls, as well as welcoming fireplaces.

Depending on how they are implemented, employee incentives can be quite effective in motivating and driving employee productivity. Here are some examples of employee incentives you might want to consider:

Money
Money is the most common employee incentive used by companies for the simple reason that it is simpler to reward and its effect is felt immediately. This is often the case with sales-related performances where companies opt to reward employees for going beyond their sales target or for bringing in profitable businesses.

Company gifts
These are some of the simplest rewards that can be a part of your employee incentives list. These can include company-issued plaques, jackets, shirts, pins and hats, to be issued only to employees that have reached a certain level of performance. As an employee incentive, travel can be very effective if it is also scaled in value. Depending on the desired result, travel may progress from local destinations to more exotic locales, commensurate with the employee's performance.

This is a simple non-monetary incentive for employees who have perfect attendance or have no tardiness record for a year. Day off certificates may be issued and the duration can vary, depending on the company. Employees may choose which day they prefer to use the day off, provided they inform the office ahead of time.

Family-oriented incentives
A great way to say, 'Job well done!' to someone is to let his family know how much his performance is appreciated. Include the employee's family in the reward, regardless of the monetary value. It can be as simple as inviting the employee's family members to the awards ceremony, treating them to dinner or sending them off to a family trip.

A points-based employee incentive program
One of the challenges of designing an employee incentive program is creating one that will not only measure performance effectively and fairly but also give employees something that they find meaningful. A points-based system that rewards employee incentives is an effective way of monitoring progress and allowing employees to choose which rewards they prefer, simply by earning rewards points and redeeming them at a later time, when they choose.

Employee incentives dont really have to be very expensive. Although a simple praise often will suffice for an employee, nothing beats the feeling of being appreciated and rewarded for an excellence performance. There are periodic Disney World coupons that the Ghirardelli Soda fountain sends through emails. The key here is to sign up to their email list and identify that youre living in the 50 miles area of the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain. Saying no would only allow you coupons for their store online.

Another restaurant offering coupon transactions is the Planet Hollywood located at Downtown Disney. They have printable Disney World coupons available for taking $5 off of a $20 or more purchase.

There are a few good deals to be found in Coupons Alacarte, which include Jungle Jim's.

Ponderosa Steakhouse has six branches in the Orlando area. They offer two types of coupons, one for kids and the other for adults. Kids age 5 years or younger may eat free in any of their branches, while adult guests can take 10% off a lunch or dinner.

Boston Lobster Feast, on the other hand, grants printable coupons, which saves you the cost of drinks with every purchase of a feast (that are normally good for up to four people).

Orlando Area McDonald's restaurants are also giving away free coupons for free child meals for every 1 purchased adult meal. However, the participating branches exclude the two McDonald's restaurants that are closest to WDW, as well as the one that is nearest to the All-Star resorts.

Ride Trolley is giving away a bounty of printable coupons that may be used in the restaurants surrounding the International Drive Route area.

On a constant basis, Orlando Sentinel grants free coupons, which are split into two categories- dining and restaurants.

These are only examples of institutions that are providing their customers with free printable coupons outside Walt Disney World.
